If you continue to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy and License Agreement govern Digithru’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘Digithru ’or or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ or ‘user’ refers to the user of our website.
The term ‘Digital Products’ refers to projects, template, theme, stock photos, audio, video, skin or any copyrightable work licensed under Digithru.
The term ‘Free Sample’ refers to free downloadable samples available on Digithru.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. Changes may be made any time to functionality, features or content of this website without notice . We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain defects, inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

License
Digithru provides two kind of licenses for its Digital Products called General license and Broad license. You agree to abide by License Agreement upon purchase and download of our Digital Products.
Once you buy and subsequently pay for an item, you acquire a non-exclusive license under the terms described in our License Agreement. When you buy an item you acquire the right to use the item, but you do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our Digital Products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
We have Free Samples for Digital Products provided by Digithru. All Free samples are covered under the Creative Commons CC 4.0 license.

Download of products (Delivery)
You may download the products after payment through a link provided on the website. We do not physically deliver any products, and products become available for download through a link after payment.
You may later download your product in the “Downloads” section in My account. Download links remain for a period of 3 months and may be removed after this time point.
Country of download (Delivery)
We only provide services in some countries due to tax and regulations. You may only access our services from within these countries. Our website will not be accessible from countries which we do not operate. However we are working to expand our website to other countries.
Returns and refunds
Please contact us if you require a replacement or refund of a product. We will do our best to assist you on the issue as fast as possible.
Due to the nature of our Digital products, they are unfortunately non-refundable. Once purchased they are not to be returned. Please try the “Free Version” before you buy the paid versions. The “free version” is there to help you evaluate the product. You may also ask questions regarding the product before purchase, so you have a better understanding of the product before you purchase it.
The only exception would be if the product is found to be corrupt or defective. Products claimed to be defective will be tested by our team, and if found defective you will be refunded within several days.
Personal Information
We may collect and store your personal information for reasons such as improving our site and making the user experience better. At the moment we do not use information for advertisement purpose. We will never sell, rent or give you personal data to any third party company without your consent.
We will only collect personal identification information from users only if they themselves submit such information to us. Users can refuse to supply such information but it may stop them from using certain parts of the website. Please read about the use of cookies in our Privacy Policy.
We do not store or collect payment information as all payments are processed through Paypal.
Account
Users are able to make their own accounts when registering with Digithru. Membership is free. Members are able to use accounts to purchase Digital Products , share comments, post product reviews, etc and in general interact with Digithru website.
When leaving comments and reviews or posting questions, please do not use any profanity, racism, hate speech, sexism or any other derogatory words or slurs.
You are completely responsible for the material and content you submit to our website. We are not to be held liable for any content posted nor are we to be held responsible.
Digithru has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content we feel inappropriate or against the law. We are not to be held liable for any comments or posts that any users or members make while using Digithru.
We have the right to terminate any user account should we feel it breaches our terms and conditions. You agree that the information shared may not be secured.
You may remove your account from the “Delete your account” section in My Account. Once you delete your account you consent that all your data and files will be removed. This is undoable, and we are not responsible for any loss of data or files after you delete your account.
We reserve the right to disclose user information and personal information to law enforcements or authorities should we feel the need to.
Newsletter and opt ins
If you opt to sign up to our newsletter or send e-mails to us, you consent that we may use your email address to send you information about our products or services or post notices on the website. You do have the option to opt out of our mailing list and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.
